THE SNOW HAS ARRIVED!!!!!

The snow FINALLY ARRIVED! and Jax was so excited that I told him we need to take a picture of how excited he was and here it is. We couldn't get dressed fast enough and I made him put on layers of clothes, much to his dismay, but when we finally got out the door we had a GREAT time. We had an awesome time making snowballs and throwing them at each other and we made snow angels, and played with Max and just had a blast. It was a very fun evening. We came in all wet, tired and full of winter fun and we had hot chocolate, warm baths and then snuggied and watched Jax's favorite Thomas the Train movie! What a great day!!!

(I noticed when posting these pics how many shirt changes Jax did! and he changed from pants to shorts several times. He can't stand to be dirty these days, well, I guess except for the snow!)

The snow is starting to fall and then finally does!

Jax doing a test run on for when the snow comes. He insisted on wearing his turtle pj bottoms so I made him wear two pairs of longs john bottoms under them. He is soo silly!

We Need To Clean The Windows, Mom!

Jax decided the windows were too dirty and he wouldn't be able to see all the snowflakes so he got out the windex and started to clean the front and back door window on the doors. Too funny! It kept him busy for a bit.



I love this bottom picture because this is Jax's "Serious" face. It's so cute and he gets really into what he is doing and it MUST be right!

I asked him to smile for me and in pure disgust he said "Mom! I am busy!". I love him so much!

Jax Crying Because The Snow Wouldn't Start

It was SOOO hard waiting for the snow to start. Jax sat on the couch and just cried and Heffalump gave Jax loves. Max can't stand it if your sad or crying. He gets all up on ya to make you feel better!

Jax decided that Max needed my black scarf on so he wouldn't get cold. So, Jax played dress up with Max and Max ate it up. Max loves his yellow ball. He will put the yellow ball in his mouth and kinda howl in pure happiness. It's funny. He is such a mess! We adore him!

Max had a blast out in the snow. He ran and ran in it, he would get running so fast and then he would skid right through the snow when trying to stop. Jax would belly laugh so hard. Max rolled and rolled in it, ate it and coughed some up and got sooooo somping wet. I had to use 6 towels to dry him off. After he was dry he went to his crate, got his blanket and Jax covered him. Max likes to sit near the computer desk where the vent gushes out the heat. He passed out and was even snoring! He was tuckered out!

Snow started at 2:58 p.m. (yesterday) and it was awesome to see and Jax was so excited. I was so very happy for him. We didn't get much snow but we had a great time with the small amount we got and the birds were chirping and swinging from the power lines and our dog and the neighbors dogs were out running around, hyper as all get out, kids trying to eat snow flakes and make snow angels. A fun time had by all!
