Morning Smile

Ash is a very good baby and he is very alert and very happy in the mornings. He has started to smile a bit and NO! it's not gas. Here is the only pic I could get of him smiling. I am so amazed at how alert he is. He eyes follow me when I get up and walk away and he is becoming more aware of his surrondings. I am so in love with him. He is a big joy for me.

6:30 photo shoot~

So at 6:30 this a.m. Jax announced that he wants to be a model. He was up putting gel in his hair, brushing his teeth (miracle) and being OCD about his looks. He got a lot of clothes for Christmas and is really into his appearance now. Jax did several poses and I must say I literally peed my pants, just a little, when posting these pics at the library. I got laughing so hard at the pose with his hands under his chin! So serious! He told me he thought he had the looks to be a great model! and I agree! He wanted me to make sure I got a pic of his hands, his pants and his shoes! I love this pictures. I hate that the light was blurry but I was still laying in bed nursing Ash, trying to focus and not laugh at his seriousness of his new profession. I just love Jax~ He makes me smile all the time.

Jax has met his match

Miles and Jax have been friends since they were little. I used to watch Miles in my daycare and now he is a 5 and so grown up. Saturday morning we went to a pajama pancake breakfast party and the boys had a great time. Miles is just like Jax and when I say "just like Jax" I mean his behavior, endless energy, causing both of us mom's to wonder what to do, etc... Miles came over and played for a few hours and the boys had a great time!
