What I am missing today~What I am thinking about today!

I miss my house! I miss my pool! My chinese honeys. Big oversize barns, kumquat trees, Grandparents trailer parked on the side, my brothers riding their bikes up and down the street with bobby ray, Amy fender coming over at 7:00 a.m. with out her parents knowing and asking for pancakes, beth draper, knapps, kathy warren, St. Augustine, all my Gainesville friends, girls camps, street block parties, everything!

I have always promised myself I would buy my house back. It's in the universe!

Ashton

Ash will be 7 months tomorrow. Hard to believe he is growing so fast. Ashton is so much fun. He is the happiest in the morning time. He loves Jax and will belly laugh so hard when Jax dances or makes funny faces. He is so content but very busy. He is rolling EVERYWHERE and loves to pull the boxes off the lower shelf off the entertainment center so I have to arrange that this weekend. He will arch his back and slide right out of his car seat and he arches his back and moves backward across the floor. He hates tummy time but is slowly crawling to get his toy. He works and works those fat legs until he gets the toy infront of him.

He LOVES to eat and he LOVES sweet potatoes, green beans, purnes, rice cereal, etc..

I don't even know how to say how much I love him. He makes me so happy and he really completes our family. He smiles at everyone.

These pictures were taken this morning when he first woke up and then I got him dressed. A mosquito came and got his sugar in the middle of the night so he has three kiss/bite marks on his face.

Goodbye the little boy and hello! the young kid

So, Jax is growing up. No more kids shows like Elmo, Dora, Diego, Sesame Street. Now it's on to ICarly, Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers (GAG ME PLEASE!!)Bakugan, Pokeman and of course the Gameboy! I seem to only see Jax's bangs these days as he is OBSESSED! and I mean OBSESSED with his Gameboy! and his face is right in the small screen.I am having to limit the Gameboy and well, we have some good arguments over it.

Jax has really gotten tall. He has gone thru a major growth spurt and I just look at him with awe in how much his looks have changed and how he is wanting his privacy, want's to bathe in Axe and he informed me his "pits" stink now, and he was right! So, I got him some deodrant. I am so happy he is growing up but I get sad as I feel he is starting to put his foot out the door a little.

Jax is doing really good in school. He is finally catching up to what a kindergartner should be and his teachers and I have decided to hold him back a year and let him repeat kindergarten so he will be more then ready to go into first grade. Jax doesn't seem to care that he is being held back. He understands what it means and he loves his teachers and for him, school is a party. He loves it.

I am so happy he is my child. I love him! I love him and the challenge of ADHD! Jax gave me one of the greatest gifts I have EVER received. I was way tired, and feeling very sad with his ADHD and his some times emotional outbursts and his low self esteem when he can't accomplish things and he is into bugs so I told him he could go play with the bugs outside and take a break from homework while I watched from the kitchen window. Jax kept coming in, going to his room and then going out again. After a while I was getting tired of it so I asked Jax to come in. He came to me and said "Mom!" I have a huge surprise for you!". He made me walk to his room with my eyes closed, I laid on his bed, he turned off his light and he crawled in bed with me and he said "open your eyes, Mom" and when I did the room had at least 25 (we counted) lightning bugs flickering off and on and it was so amazing! I was so overcome with love for him and what a wonderful gift that he thought of me and prayers are answered and it helped me to have peace that all is gonna be okay with him and I can go on.
