(ME, IN THE NEXT LIFE, HANGING ON!)
Today is Thursday. I usually have bad days on Thursdays. Not that I plan it. It just happens. This morning was shivery cold and the day was overcast and then right as my daycare kids were leaving for the night the sun said Hello! and the clouds departed and my "HANG IN THERE" feeling went from down the pit of my stomach up to the top of my heart and I felt so happy. It's amazing what sun shine can do for me!
I think I need to say a final good bye to my camera. As I mentioned I dropped it on the hard cement at the zoo. It work fine other then every picture is blurry and myself and others have spent quite a bit of time trying to figure it out and well, we figure it's time to hand over to Jax (he is stoked) and let him snap away and I will start to save for a new one. I hate being cameraless. I take one with me every where.
It's been almost a week with the boys in their room together. They have a great time at night. Lots of giggles, laughter, a few farts, and just boyish behavior. Ash LOVES to jump up and down in his crib which eggs Jax on and I see a broken something or other happening with them both jumping up and down in their bed/crib and not noticing what's going on. I worry about Ash's chin and Jax being projectiled some where.
Ash used the potty yesterday. I freaked out and I know this is just a freak of nature. I shoulda NEVER started to put him on the potty with the other kids. Before I could put him on the pot with his clothes on but NO!!! now he has to be bare butted and he sits there and smiles and while I hold him he just claps and smiles. When he started peeing he was startled and looked at me. He wanted to cry at first and then he realized what he had down and then he laughed and clapped and we all made a huge production of it. And of course, this cute little hand went out for his M&M :) The booger. He is way too smart!
I love that this morning, even in the chilliness of the hour, the Daffodills were out, promising us that Spring was soon on it's way. That Jax and I snuggled for a few hours reading books before bed. That Ashton knows how to turn himself around to get off the couch (phew!),that I am healthy and strong, Today. And that I have so many around me, constantly, who love me, for me, and I can be who I am, and that is a good thang.
